Warhammer Fantasy and Specialist Games stuff up for sale

Who else popped their gaming
cherry with a Specialist Game?
It's only been 6 months since I've last posted here. While I could clean the cobwebs and watch tumbleweed roll past I'm just going to dive straight into it. I've got plenty of Specialist Games stuff lying around my gaff that isn't going to be used in the foreseeable future and I'm looking to pass them onto someone that'll enjoy using them as they'll only spend their time in a box in a wardrobe otherwise.

I've already shifted on some Blood Bowl stuff and now its Necromunda's turn with these Van Saars. There'll be more to follow in the coming days with more Necromunda, Warhammer Fantasy High Elves (lots of them) and Warhammer Quest characters too.

Chaos Legions after Necrons?

This popped up over on Naftka's blog and I was immediately interested as I have a sizeable Emperor's Children collection and would love to press them back into service without restoring to pink Oblits and Plague Marines. Because most of the other choices are sub-par.

As he's already stated the accepted rumour mill has it as Tau, Chaos Legions (with Renegades getting the White Dwarf treatment), 6th edition in book form in June/July and the box set(s) in August with Eldar to follow, so this is something to be taken with a pinch of salt.

Still, I can finally begin to dream of wielding my collection of pink and black Traitors made of rape and win again.

Treason Season

Well its started early this year as the City Hall isn't flying the Tricolour in favour of the local County Flag. The local sporting flag at that. The civil service housed at the back of the building are at it too.

I can't say I blame them for ignoring government protocol, issued as it was by the department of the Taoiseach. He's got bigger things to worry about at the moment and doesn't really need any more bad press especially with the Civil Service who aren't exactly enamoured with him at the moment.

I'm surprised that someone from the Garda station next door hasn't come in to tell them already...

To be honest I'd be more upset if someone *didn't* declare an independent PROC if we win the Sam Maguire as opposed to immediately pulling the flags down and going back to business on Monday.

In other news, I have been committing my own acts of miniature treason as I too have switched to a preference for red and white objets d'arts.
